About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Implementation Team. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare clients to deploy, configure, and support specialized healthcare software systems. Through our structured 6-month talent development pipeline, you will gain real-world experience at customer sites, learning end-to-end clinical workflows and technical deployment strategies.

Who Can Apply:

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational database management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High willingness to learn healthcare systems and work directly on-site at customer locations.
• Prior exposure to Healthcare IT concepts is an advantage, but not mandatory.

What You Will Learn & Do:

• Deployment & Setup: Assist in installing, configuring, and testing software solutions on-site and remotely.
• Database & Integrations: Apply basic SQL to system setup, data verification, and workflow configuration.
